Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish singer, songwriter, musician and actress. Corr started her career in 1990 with the Celtic pop and rock band The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr was born in Ireland and is a singer-songwriter actress, musician, and performer. The honor she received was that of being a member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is a member of The Corrs, a Celtic folk and pop-rock group The Corrs. She is the lead singer of the group and plays multiple instruments. Andrea began her acting career in 1991. Since since then, Andrea has developed into an accomplished musician and stage performer. She performed as the voice of The Quest for Camelot, a Warner Bros. cartoon film which was released in 1998. Andrea is truly a multi-faceted artist. She has six studio albums two compilation albums as well as two live albums along with one remix. In addition, Andrea was awarded awards for her humanitarian work. Andrea is a mother of two along with her partner in stock brokerage. Andrea began learning music through playing the Tinny. Gerry was her teacher when she started learning piano. Andrea performs the Ukulele. She spent the teenage years learning to play the instrument. She would sing with her brothers and eventually earned the position as the singer in charge of the band. Andrea was a student in Dun Lughaidh Convent and was a part of various school productions.
